We manage every step transparently and legally — from skills assessment to arrival in Turkey.

For Employers

Hiring Process

  1. AssessmentWorkers submit their trade, video, certificates, age and marital status. We evaluate and share suitable profiles with the employer.
  2. Employer ApprovalOnce the employer approves, our Pakistan agency prepares and sends the employment contracts to both parties.
  3. Background CheckBefore signing, we verify the worker's criminal record and any Turkey entry/exit restrictions.
  4. Contract & ConsulateContracts are signed and we apply to the Turkish Consulate in Pakistan for a reference number. Workers receive basic Turkish language training during the wait — up to 90 days.
  5. Ministry ApplicationAll documents arrive in Turkey and we submit the work permit application to the Ministry of Labour online system.
  6. Approval & ID CardMinistry approval is received, fees are paid, work permit ID cards are issued and delivered to the employer's address. Workers then book their flights.
  7. Arrival in TurkeyThe employer picks workers up from the airport and takes them to the workplace or provided accommodation.
  8. Start of WorkSGK (social security) registration is done on day one. ID cards, bank salary cards and SIM cards are provided. Address registration at the immigration office is completed within 20 days.
