Through PAKTUR we brought 4 staff into our company. From the selection of candidates through to the work permit and their arrival in Türkiye, the procedures progressed in an orderly way. Our staff started work and we had no problems at any point in the process. We were particularly satisfied with the communication and the follow-up.

After we shared our staffing needs with PAKTUR, candidates matching the criteria we were looking for were presented to us for assessment within a short time. Being able to follow the document and work permit process from a single point was a significant convenience for us. We knew which stage we were at throughout, and our questions were answered quickly. It was a professional and well-organised piece of work.

Meeting the need for staff on site on time is very important for our work schedule. Working with PAKTUR, we set out our requirements and the qualities we were looking for; candidate selection and the official procedures were carried out to plan. We were kept informed regularly from the start of the process until the staff arrived in Türkiye. They have become a solution partner we can rely on for staffing.
