Through our Pakistan agency, we collect videos, certificates, age, marital status and experience. Only candidates meeting our standards are shared with the employer.
Before signing, criminal records and Turkey entry/exit restrictions are verified. Transparent employment contracts are prepared and signed by both parties.
We apply to the Turkish Consulate in Pakistan for a reference number, then upload all documents to the Ministry of Labour system. Fees are paid and ID cards are issued.
While the application is in progress, workers receive basic Turkish language training so they can communicate from day one in Turkey.
The employer picks workers up from the airport and takes them to the workplace or accommodation. SGK registration, bank card, SIM and immigration address registration are all completed within 20 days.
After the one-year contract period: renewals, terminations or transfer requests — we coordinate everything. Salary increases are applied automatically per legal requirements.
